As the Marketing & Brand Manager for Plan Tracker, I was responsible for leading the strategy and implementation across brand, design, website, marketing & communications, advertising, events, engagement, user journey and customer experience, and working closely with the founder and leadership team as we scaled – this business was acquired by McMillan Shakespeare Group, merging with Plan Partners, Australia’s second largest Plan Manager in 2021.
Having joined when the company was a very young startup (a team of 3), I played an integral role in the rapid expansion, scaling, and success of the business.
Re-designing, building and launching the website twice, making way for new features, a fresh look and feel, and greater opportunity for lead generation, customer engagement, and user journey which included hosting webinars, building the interactive chatbot & chat flows, and more.
